Krystal Newton, Board Certified Massage Therapist
Lead Massage Therapist

For the last six years, Krystal has been helping people feel and move better through therapeutic body work. She received her Associates Degree in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork from Bryan College School of Massage Therapy. Her training includes both eastern and western modalities and she learned how to implement both forms of training to develop the best treatment plan for individuals in need of care. Shortly after graduating she passed the National Exam to become Board Certified. Her drive to help doesn't end there. She is currently in school pursuing her Physical Therapy degree. Krystal has worked in a variety of settings, from upscale spas to alternative health wellness centers, and is trained in swedish, deep tissue, sports, trigger point release, myoskeletal alignment/nerve entrapment, hot stone, prenatal, Reiki, Ayurveda, and shiatsu modalities. Not only does she listen to her clients personal wants and needs, she also listens to how her clients bodies are responding to touch in order to deliver the treatment best for their particular needs. Krystal doesn't specialize in any particular technique, she has a wide range of training and incorporates each modality to make the massage that much more customizable and unique. One thing that makes her most unique is the level of love and empathy she has toward others and her ability to intuitively know the best course of treatment. She enjoys helping her clients and feels most rewarded when she is able to witness the immediate change and positive impact in her client's demeanor and their physical structure.

In her own words ...
"Growing up I was always very nurturing and loved helping family members and even strangers in need. My initial interest was to pursue a career in physical therapy after high school but after I visited the massage program at Bryan College I knew this is what I was meant to do. I am currently in school pursing my Physical Therapy degree and hope to use them in tandem. I have a true passion and mission to help the helpless. I actively volunteer in different events through my church that involve feeding and clothing the homeless and enjoy supporting running events that support victims of domestic violence, cancer awareness, and women's health and beauty expos. I love being active. I played basketball and softball through junior high and high school. My favorite basketball team is the Los Angeles Lakers. Outside of work, I love doing yoga and taking hikes through the mountains, as well as going to church and spending time with my family. I love to travel and explore this beautiful world and spend as much time near the ocean as I can."
