Learn to swim with HealthSpring Fitness

Our group swim lessons provide the perfect small class setting for each student to get the individual attention they need to gain confidence in the water and advance at their own pace.

With swim lessons open to everyone in the community, you can benefit from our heated pools and experienced swim instructors without having a membership at HealthSpring Fitness. Our 2017 Summer Swim Lesson schedule and pricing is available so you can find the session perfect for your busy schedule, today!

Group Swim Lessons


Parent & Child Swim Lessons

Ages: 6 - 36 months | Ratio: 1:8 | 30 Minutes
Children will have the opportunity to explore a new environment while having fun. Parents will learn how to teach their child basic swim and water safety skills and how to support their child in the water. Parents are required to be in the water with their child. Students that are not potty trained are required to wear a swim diaper under their swim suit. We do not allow disposable diapers.


Youth Swim Lessons Level 1 - 5

Ages: 3 - 13 | Ratio: 1:4 to 1:5 | 40 Minutes
Starting with new swimmers who are not able to swim on their own or put their face in the water, our youth level lessons go from water acclimation and water safety to stroke introduction, stroke development and stroke refinement. Our program is designed to teach non-swimmers how to be safe in and around the water. Throughout each level, your swimmer will learn to swim proficiently to prepare them for the swim team environment.


Swim Club

Ages: 7-13 | Ratio: 1:8 | 40 Minutes
Swim Club prepares students for the swim team environment as well as those who desire swimming for fitness. Students will learn to swim proficiently in racing strokes (Freestyle, Backstroke, Breaststroke and Butterfly) and skills needed to compete on a swim team. Students must have passed Level 5: Stroke Refinement or be able to swim freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke and butterfly independently for 50 yards.


Adult Swim Lessons

Ages: 13+ | Ratio: 1:10 | 40 Minutes
Geared to the beginner, students will learn how to be safe in and around the water, to float on their front and back, swim freestyle with breathing techniques and how to tread water.

Policies & Information

Refunds: Credits or refunds for missed classes are not issued, but one makeup day per session will be available. Classes with fewer than three children enrolled may be combined or rescheduled. Refunds due to medical reasons must be accompanied by a doctor's note in order for fees to be waived. Credits or refunds will not be issued for Private Swim Lessons.

Cancellations: Cancellations received up to 3 business days prior to the start of the class will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellation requests submitted after the start date of the class will not be issued a credit or refund regardless of attendance.

Parental Supervision: For your child's safety, children must have a parent present in the viewing area while swim lessons are in progress.

Makeup Day: Students that miss a class during their registered session are eligible for a makeup lesson. One makeup day will be held for missed lessons per session. The makeup day must be completed during the session date range. Space is limited; RSVP will be required for participation. The makeup day will be scheduled for the last Sunday of the month unless the Sunday falls on a holiday weekend. If the last Sunday of the month falls on a holiday weekend the make up with be scheduled on the Sunday prior.
